HAWKING (S), A BRIEF HISTORY OF TIME, signed by Stephen Hawking with an ink thumb print and witnessed by Sue Masey, 1991 reprint (twice), Bantam Press.

The book was donated from Professor Stephen Hawking in 1992 to Daniel Burgess as a form of personal encouragement to Daniel who has cerebral Palsy . At the time fundraising was taking place to raise money for specialised computer equipment for Daniel to help with his communication skills. Eddie Glendan , then editor of the Chester Chronicle, arranged for a telephone conversation between Daniels Mum & Professor Stephen Hawking to take place, which at the time was recorded . The tape recorded message does not accompany this book. Sold with copies of the press release.
