A 19th century German hunting sword, the 23" curved fullered single-edged blade with 7" double-edged tip, gilt brass cross guard and horn grip, gilt brass mounted leather scabbard with integral horn-handled knife and fork, overall length 74cm.
Appears to be missing small section from the chape, gilt finish rubbed. Leather is split and appears to be worn and refinished, blade is tarnished but retains good cutting edge.
