There are significant losses to the painted finish on the walking cane showing pitted corrosion beneath, lacking threaded brass barrel cap, associated pump also has tarnishing and surface corrosion, pump will not charge pneumatic cylinder, unsure if issue is relating to the pump or the seals within the air-cane, lacking set key, button trigger moves freely but unable to confirm if air-cane is operational or not.
