Studio Ceramics (Macclesfield)
After JOHN MALTBY (1936-2020); a stoneware pendant necklace formed of round beads with the pendant modelled as a fish, pendant height 4cm, total length 53cm.
The pendant and beads were made by Maltby but the necklace was created by Lucy Oldland utilising Maltby's fragments found stored in his workshop after his death.
Provenance:Purchased from 'Treasures of John Maltby's Workshop', Yew Tree Gallery, Penzance, 2024.
