Provenance:

Purchased from the Royal Academy in 1975.

Accompanying the work are handwritten letters from the artist to the purchaser, Dr Easterby, detailing this work and the purchase from the RA with other letters regarding the collection of said work, also included is the original bill of sale for £324, dated 12th May 1975.
