An M/41 Dreyse needle rifle, the 30.5" barrel stamped to the breech 'I.M.D208' and set with three shaped brass bands, the lower two stamped '18' and the broader muzzle band stamped '6318' incorporating an integral pull-out 18" spike bayonet, further stamped to the frame '1859' and indistinctly stamped to the bolt pull handle, overall length 124cm, SN: 2168.

General age related wear, tarnishing and pitting throughout, the stock has knocks and wear, the internal barrel is a little grubby.
