JOSEPH MANTON, LONDON; a 19th century 10 bore percussion cap sporting gun, the 32" octagonal barrel stamped to the top flat 'Patrick's Copper Cap' and a further inlaid white metal plaque near the hammer inscribed with the same 'Patrick, L-pool', inscribed to the lock plate 'Joseph Manton' with foliate scrollwork and mounted on chequered walnut stock with horn tip and steel furniture, with brass tipped ramrod, overall length 122cm.

Hold on half and full cock, steel furniture with obvious signs of rust, wear scratches and knocks to the stock, the barrel has signs of rust/ pitting, interior of the barrel has some signs of rust, would benefit from a clean.
