A pair of garden statues, one depicting Spring, modelled as a young girl sat on a column with mice and snail at the base, inscribed verso 'Spring' with further indistinct inscription, the other 'Autumn', modelled as a young faun playing the panpipes, seated atop a column, with rabbits and frog to the base, inscribed verso 'Autumn: As the days grow short, the faun plays to rest all fair creatures who face the Winter's test', heights approx. 80.5cm and 83cm (2).
