An 18th century and later oak chest of three long drawers with geometric mouldings, width 95cm height 89cm depth 59cm.
Evidence of old worm which is not living. Either side of the top with later oak strips. The moulding around the top, the bull nose moulding between the drawers are not original. Handles are replacements. Moulding around the base is a little loose. Old drawer linings. General age wear patina throughout, the top with water marks and scuffs and some fading and the join open to the centre. Despite faults overall appearance fair.
